PART I

Think Like a Solutions Professional

Every system I've built started with a conversation, not a catalog page. Before you spec a roller or size a motor, you need to understand what is happening on the floor: how the warehouse actually moves, what the operation is telling you, and what problem the customer really wants solved. Skip that work and you will spend the rest of the project retrofitting your design to reality. Part I is where you learn to read the operation before you touch a calculator.
